However in the unfortunate event they do not, we are more than happy to help sort out the problems. We have a lifetime of experience repairing making and playing squeezeboxes allowing our back up service to be second to none, if you have a problem we can fix it.

  • Do not send your product back to the manufacturer 
  • You are responsible for your own shipping costs.

Our return policy

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, for whatever reason, you can return your goods within 14 days of receiving your order. For an item to be eligible for a return it must be unused, in original packaging and be in the same condition as when you received it. 

Once your item has been received, it will be inspected and you will receive an email letting you know if the request has has been accepted or declined. If accepted the money will be refunded.
